In confronto, le vernici a base d&#8217;acqua contengono solo il 5-6% di solventi organici. Questo li rende molto pi\u00f9 tollerabili e riduce significativamente il potenziale di rischio per la salute.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un&#8217;innovazione nelle alette per i raccoglitori a fogli mobili<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturalmente, HUEHOCO ama lavorare anche con vernici a base d&#8217;acqua. Il problema: finora queste lacche potevano essere utilizzate solo nel campo delle pitture murali. Ma ora SI-Coatings, un&#8217;azienda del Gruppo HUEHOCO, ha raggiunto una svolta. Sono state sviluppate lacche a base d&#8217;acqua che possono essere utilizzate senza problemi anche nel processo di coil coating.<br\/>Come test finale, le nuove lacche sono state utilizzate per le alette del raccoglitore a fogli mobili. Il risultato \u00e8 stato chiaro: le vernici a base d&#8217;acqua non hanno alcun impatto negativo sulla qualit\u00e0 dei lembi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Vantaggi per l&#8217;ambiente<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;uso di vernici a base d&#8217;acqua non ha solo effetti positivi sulla qualit\u00e0, ma anche sull&#8217;ambiente. Tra l&#8217;altro, le<sub>emissioni di CO2<\/sub> sono state significativamente ridotte da 8,3 kg per tonnellata a 5,1 kg per tonnellata.
