Et cela les rend beaucoup plus tol\u00e9rables et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement leur potentiel de dangerosit\u00e9 pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Perc\u00e9e dans les languettes pour classeurs \u00e0 levier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien entendu, HUEHOCO travaille aussi volontiers avec des peintures \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau. Le probl\u00e8me : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, ces peintures ne pouvaient \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es que dans le domaine des peintures murales. Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, SI-Coatings, une entreprise du groupe HUEHOCO, a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire une perc\u00e9e. Des peintures \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, qui peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es sans probl\u00e8me dans le cadre du processus de coil coating.<br\/>En guise de test final, les nouveaux vernis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour les languettes du classeur rapide. Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait clair : les vernis \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;effet n\u00e9gatif sur la qualit\u00e9 des languettes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Avantages environnementaux<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;utilisation de vernis \u00e0 base d&rsquo;eau a non seulement un impact positif sur la qualit\u00e9, mais aussi sur l&rsquo;environnement. Entre autres, l&rsquo;<sub>impact CO2<\/sub> a pu \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit, passant de 8,3 kg par tonne \u00e0 5,1 kg par tonne.
